This is a great, light weight, 1/2 ton towable travel trailer perfect for families of any size. The unit is like new and super clean. We are a family of 5 and enjoyed many nights of worry free camping at the beach or in mountains of North Carolina. We elected to rent it out after upgrading to a fifth wheel as apposed to trading it in.
The separated master bedroom has a queen bed, great for privacy. Two double bunks will easily sleep 4 children or even adults. The U-Shaped dinette folds down into a double sized bed as well and can sleep an additional 2 adults. There is one main slide that essentially doubles the living area. The couch folds down into a bed and can accommodate a smaller child easily. There are two entry doors; one in the main living area and one that enters direct into the bathroom for access on the road or just through the kids directly into the shower!
This unit has a 12v residential style fridge that works well in hotter climates and will operate while traveling. It will drain the battery so it is recommended to stay at parks with electricity.
If you enjoy cooking outside there is an induction cook top and outside fridge with a water basin and running water as well as an equipped propane connection for an outside grill.

What’s included
We clean and sanitize the unit after each rental. This unit is ready for camping at most any campground. If you choose to tow the unit yourself, a weight distribution hitch is provided. Or we will setup at your destination within 75 miles for an additional fee. The kitchen area is fully furnished with the essentials needed. The utility connections are provided as well to include all sewer, fresh water and electrical connections. Propane is full upon delivery and an auxiliary hose is provided with a quick disconnect end. You will need to provide any personal items, groceries, and other camping gear you require. There is a bike rack mounded on the bumper. Mattress covers are provided and linens are available upon request. A full inventory list is supplied with the camper and available by email upon request.
