Private queen master bedroom in the front with a TV and a separate bunk room in the rear. Two additional hideaway beds in the couch and dinette offers more sleeping room. The 2 bunks and queen bed are supplied with all bedding and blankets.
Power slide, large power awning, outdoor speakers, and an outdoor kitchen with ice maker, fridge, 2 burner stove and a faucet.
The fully stocked kitchen has a refrigerator and freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, and a microwave.
Outdoor shower on the back side.
Living area has a tv and a am/fm Bluetooth radio.

The bathroom has toilet, sink, shower, and will have towels.
A manual of instructions is included with the rental.
NO SMOKING INSIDE CAMPER.

We clean and sanitize the camper between each rental.
All linens are removed and washed every rental.
Cleaning supplies are in the camper including: disinfectant spray, dish soap, cleaning towels, hand soap, and all purpose cleaner.

Things to know
Please enjoy your time camping and return in it in good condition so that we can enjoy our time too. This camper is basically brand new and we would like it to stay that way. Please take care of it like it is your own.
Please empty and flush the tanks before you return it. Don't worry we will show you how before you leave. There is a fee if this step is not completed.
We do have a cleaning fee if the camper is returned dirty.
You will need a truck with enough towing capacity that can handle a hitch weight of 750 lbs and a tow weight of 7,500 lbs. Check the manufacturers recommendation for your truck. In addition you will need a trailer brake controller and a 7-pin plug in your tow vehicle.
We do provide a weight-distribution hitch and stabilizing bar.
Disposal fee if not done: $150.00
Cleaning fee if returned dirty: $100.00
If smoked in upon return there will be a fee of $200.00
