Things to know
Do not leave the interior space cold for long in winter, the battery can only be charged above freezing point. Water system would like to be above freezing point as well. Short period of time is not a problem, try to keep the interior above freezing point in general.
When driving roll up the curtain on the sliding door, otherwise some spots are not visible at some traffic patterns.
Please keep the sink strainer in place all the time. Things go into grey water tank will damage drainage system and the cost will be on the renters.
Please make sure all the loose items are in drawers, and all the drawers clipped before driving. Loose items could cause damage and the cost will be on the renters.
Please use biodegradable detergent so the grey water is environmentally friendly.
Pick up time can be flexible, please let me know ahead of time. Drop off time would be no later than noon.
Please use the toilet as little as possible. Each cartridge has around 15 flushes. If you ever need to replace the toilet cartridge, please search "dry flush toilet" on youtube, there is a good 5 min video from Smokey Hills.
If you need to order more toilet cartridges, you can order it from dry-flush.com. Allow about one week for shipping.
When returning the van, please do basic clean ups and empty the toilet ($100 fee will be charged if toilet is not empty).
A full tank of water can last for about a week with one quick shower daily.
