Easy to drive, comfortable RV. Sleeps 6 with bunk beds, a nice extra wide full bed in back bedroom, Cab over bed sleeps 2 adults, and the dinette and jackknife sofa can both sleep a child or two. All the hookups are located on the drivers side which makes set-up quick and easy. You can arrive at your destination and be set up in almost no time at all. No slide out makes set up and leveling easy. Easy access to bathroom and full size refrigerator while traveling.
Some of the amenities include, AC, heat, microwave, pantry, good size bathroom with shower. Large lighted outside basement storage, large power awning and so much more.

Valid Drivers License is required and the driver must be at least 25 years of age. No Towing,
The RV does have a Pike Pass on it. I will check the transactions when you return and deduct it from your deposit.
No Smoking in the RV
Pet friendly up to 30 lbs.
Boondocking - The RV is fully self contained and functional without being connected to anything. I don’t recommend this for more than 1 night. You will need to replenish water and dump tanks. If you need AC, you will have to run the generator. You can usually stay overnight free at truck stops, casinos etc.
Generator uses fuel from RV fuel tank.
Partial hook ups - This connects you to fresh water and electricity (30amp). You will still need to dump the tanks depending on how quickly you fill the grey tank. I usually shower at the campgrounds bathroom so we can usually go about 4 days before dumping.
Full hook ups - This connects you to fresh water, electricity and sewer. Do not dump tanks until 2/3 full.
When we do the walkthrough, I will show you how to hook up.
Refueling fee, fee will be added if RV is returned with less fuel then it left with.: $ 200.00
Excessive cleaning fee, fee will be added if rv needs excessive cleaning when it is returned : $ 200.00
Pet damage fee, fee will be added if pet damage is found : $ 500.0
RV gets 10 miles to the gallon.
