Things to know
Great condition, generator is an onion, very dependable, pulls gasoline from the main tank and shuts off automatically when below 1/4 full. I leave an extra 10 gallons in storage.
In order to work the water heater you must turn on the gas tank and the inside water gauge located in the bathroom where you can select the desired temperature.
The rv queen in the back is very comfortable and has usb connections and personal convenience lights. The couch converts to a smaller bed when you pick it up and slide it down. 1 adult or 2 kids. The above driver sleeper is very comfortable and can sleep 2 adults. The kitchen table also converts to a bed 1 adult or 2 children.

RV must be returned clean or you will be charged an additional $150 cleaning fee.
Add-on - Post-trip Cleaning Penalty: $150 (Flat)
Refueling fee
RV must be returned with a full tank of gas or you will be charged for the total to refuel.
