What’s included
The RV will not be furnished with household or bedding items. Unless you have pre-purchased our linen kits or kitchen kit. We only supply all needed hoses and power plug for the RV.
Things to know
On the day and scheduled time for RV pickup and RV drop off (return), the customer whose name the reservation is under, MUST be present for document signing for the RV pick up and present to sign documents upon RV drop off (return). If other arrangements are needed, please contact us right away. We do have parking available, and our customers are more than welcome to leave their vehicle with us for the duration for their rental. Please let us know you will be leaving a vehicle on the day of pickup. All RVs must be returned with Black and Grey waste tanks dumped and showing completely empty, propane must be refilled (FULL), and fuel must be FULL upon drop off. A service fee of $150 is charged if RV is returned and black and/or grey waste tanks not dumped. If propane is not refilled upon drop off there will be a charge of $50. RVs returned without fuel filled will be charged a flat fee of $200. We are including this information here, so customers can plan out their trips accordingly. It is the renter’s responsibility to be in contact with staff to coordinate an exact time of drop off with at least 2 hours prior notice. RV cannot be dropped off without a staff member present or towing fees will apply, unless given permission. It will be renters’ responsibility to be in contact with staff to an exact time of drop off . RV must be returned in same condition as it was upon departure. RV must be lightly cleaned inside before scheduled drop off or additional fees will apply. No pets.
