If black and gray water tanks are not empty at return,
If RV not returned cleaned and sanitized(use sanitizing wipes),

RV Experiences & Tips:
** Firstly RV'ing deals with patience, please be prepared to research and learn. Watch a few youtube videos - "2018 Thor motor coach 31w- how to operate."
** Would recommend to stay nights in an RV park with all hookups, if you plan to stop by overnight in a parking lot it would cost more for Gas & Generator than RV park($35-60/night). Smart choice is having hookups at RV park.
