Great family camping trailer! The maximum it sleeps is 10 (with kiddos - 6 adults comfortably). It is 29.3' feet long. There are double full size bunks in the back and a "master" in the front with a queen. The table converts into a bed and the jack knife couch also converts into a bed. It has an a/c, heater, refrigerator/freezer, and indoor/ outdoor stereo, 2 tv (tv w/ dvd in "Master" and one in living area. The water tank can be filled upon request.
A $150 cleaning fee if not returned clean and waste tanks dumped. Linens do not need to be washed.

Linens (sheets) - 1 Queen, then 2 full bunks with fitted sheet, towels - bath (4) and kitchen(2, 2 dish rags), broom w/ dust pan, bathroom and kitchen trash (w/ extra bags), cleaning supplies, and board games/ cards, 2 pie irons, and marshmallow roasting sticks.
