We will provide the hitch but be advised that your towing vehicle must have:
-A towing capacity of 5000lbs or more
-A 7-pin connector
-Trailer brake controller
We will also go over all the below features with you before you head out:
-Sleeps up to 7!
2 queen-size fold-out beds (rating for 900lbs each). The couch folds into another queen-sized bed, and the dining set converts into a full-size bed.
-Freezer/Refrigerator runs on electricity or propane.
-Electric A/C
-Propane Heater
-Water Heater that runs on electric or propane
-3 burner propane stove
-Propane Oven
-Electric microwave
-HDTV with firestick
-Indoor bathroom with shower, separated toilet, and sink
-Stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers
-Electic extendable/retractable awning
-Outdoor shower
-kitchen sink
-Backup camera with wireless windshield-mounted monitor
All the hoses and connections you will need will be provided. We will also show you how to use them.
What to look for when booking your campsite:
-30 Amp electric hookup (For all appliances to work)
-Water hookup (Trailer does have a water tank, but if water hook-ups are unavailable, verify there will be a spot to fill the tank. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH A FULL WATER TANK)
-Sewer hookups (if not available at your site, verify there is a dump station. You will incur additional fees if the gray and black water tanks are not empty when you return.)

-Cancellation on day-of pickup because your vehicle can't tow the camper
-Returning camper without emptying the gray/black water tanks
-Returning the camper with an excessively dirty (muddy) interior
-Returning the camper with an excessively dirty (muddy) exterior
-Damage to camper
