Trailer is owned by a couple with an 8 year old daughter. We do not smoke or have any pets that stay in the trailer. It is winterized yearly and kept in a locked yard during the offseason. Trailer has about 4,000 miles total in road time and has been used 15-20 times. Most of those miles are from one trip from NJ to Florida to visit relatives.
What’s included
Fridge, 3 burner stove, propane oven, microwave, central heat and a/c and central vac with hoses included.
kitchen needs, throw away plastic utensils, some cookware. 1 slide out, electric fold out awning for front of camper with LED light control.
Shower with curtain and basin that can be used as a tub for a child. Outside Hot and Cold water washdown for beach trips Etc.
Outside kitchen on side of camper with small fridge, hot and cold water sink and 2 burner cook top.
Sleeping arrangements include:
Master Bedroom with queen size bed and matress along with sealy foam topper. Plenty of storage and lighting. All linens ARE NOT included. Doors can slide shut for complete privacy. 42' TV in ,master bedroom that can swivel to face living room in camper when bedroom not in use.
2 bunk beds, capable of either sleeping 2 children or 1 adult comfortably. Linens NOT included.
Kitchen table folds down using cushions to make a 2 person bed (my favorite place to sleep LOL)
Couch in living room pulls out to sleep 2 other guests.
All cables and hoses for water, toilet and electric are included with rental.
Hitch as well as sway bars are included with the rental to allow for hook up to vehicle. I can gladly assist to be sure the trailer is attached properly.

Things to know
the dry weight for Trailer is 6000 Lbs. The GVWR is 8600 lbs.
For those unfamiliar, 6000 is what the Travel Trailer weighs with no luggage or anything being carried in it.
GVWR is the most weight the manufacturer suggests adding in gear to the camper, so it would be around 2600lbs worth of gear.
This will help you with figuring what you can tow with your vehicle if that is the option you choose.
