This 32 ft RV is half ton capable at 6,700 lb with a full solar setup including 400watts on the roof, 450 amp hours of lithium battery, and a 2000 watt inverter to be able to use everything except the air conditioner!
Private bedroom with door, double size bunks plus the full size sofa pullout and dinette. This rv can sleep 9 but we recommend 8.
The RV has a cell-phone signal booster, extra USBs, full wood cabinetry and installed customizable LED strip lights for extra fun.
This unit has an outdoor kitchen and this RV is super easy to tow.

What’s included
Kitchen is fully setup all you need is food! We setup for 9 total.
Master bedroom will be setup with sheets and blanket, bunks with mattress protectors. Please bring your own pillows unless flying in. (Most people use their own) we do offer an extra bedding for everything needed package for $15.
Generators are additional but come with unlimited hours, and we have two options one is quieter that is a little bit more and one is louder that is a little bit cheaper. They come with fuel please see the add-ons.
This unit has a required supplemental rental agreement which goes over helpful walkthroughs, fees, and rules. This will be sent after booking. For pickup/towed rentals we require insurance proof and drivers license after booking.
We will always have mattress protectors on the bunks however we do not supply it with bedding unless it is added on due to the extra time and laundry it is a small fee.
Bathroom has a towel and washcloth for every guest, hand soap and lotion.
Kitchen has hand towels, dish supplies and drying mat, clorox wipes and trash bags/supplies and a paper towel roll.

Things to know
Cleaning- We Supply a broom, vacuum and cleaning supplies to be able to wipe down everything at the end of your rental. We don't want to have to charge any kind of fees so please pick up after yourself and do a light cleanup. We do expect to do a sanitation and wipe down and laundry but more than that will incur a deep cleaning fee of $300.
Rules and FYI
There is No Smoking allowed in the RV. If smoke (including cigars, pipes, vapes, drugs, etc.) is detected by smell or residue requiring a deep cleaning, you will be charged a smoking/drug fee due to needing to ionize the unit.
We ask that dogs please stay off the furniture whenever possible and please wipe paws. Dogs are not to be left inside RV alone due to damage risk and safety.
For stationary delivery, we set it up AND break it down for you! Let us do the hard work and you get to enjoy it. So there is no reason to hook up or move the RV except for dire emergencies such as fires etc. We are here for you and happy to help.

Vehicle must has 7-pin (no converters allowed) so that the trailer brakes will be active. "SRA" includes fees, add-ons, unit specific rules and details and detailed rules. Our rules are standard for RV rentals and home rentals.
