Hey, Travelers! Congratulations on getting away from it all to breathe in fresh air, see sights unseen, and have cool experiences! The RV life (boondocking, campground, or RV resort) is a vacation upgrade. Our family had the time of our lives on our first rental RV excursion! So, we bought “Rex the RV”, to continue making memories together and introduce others to the true joy of RV adventures. We love our Mighty Rex: Whether stepping out of the spacious cabin to boondock at the beach or mountainside, full hook-up glamping, or in between, you will have a great time! With leveling jacks down and the ENTIRE SIDE SUPER SLIDE out (which most RVs don’t have), there’s ample space. Three LARGE skylights help light the cabin and the full vanity outside the clean shower/restroom. The “captain’s chair” swivels to make a family-style seating area with the passenger seat, two COMFORTABLE luxury recliners, a four-person dinette, loft, and the master bed. A privacy door guards the master suite with an upgraded Serta memory queen mattress. There’s a queen bunk, a dinette conversion, and those COMFORTABLE recliners to sack out in. We supply bedding/5 Serta pillows for the three beds. Rex sleeps 5-7 people. He boasts 3 TVs (including 1 ROKU), a Bluetooth stereo with speakers in the corners of an 18’ awning, blue LED mood-lighting, and an outdoor shower! There’s a NICE kitchen faucet and DOUBLE sink, a pantry with dinnerware and cookware. Backup camera, signal-activated side cameras
What’s included
there are many things that are included: such as Vera Wang linens, dinnerware for 8, pots & pans, etc... so many things to make your trip amazing. Also, I myself will make you a fresh loaf of braided "Magnolia Table recipe" braided loaf of bread for each rental. It's great for a breakfast campfire toast or an afternoon grilled cheese. I will give you many more details when we talk.
Things to know
We are DEDICATED to providing you with an opportunity for a fabulous vacation/trip, and would like to serve you and your crew for many years to come! To do that, we ask that the following requests be honored:
1) Up to 2 groomed and agreeable dog companions (no agressive breeds) under 40 lbs are permitted. Please keep dogs clean and their nails trimmed to prevent damage to furniture or flooring. Because we are big fans of our canine friend, we understand loving her and wanting her to enjoy our trip with us. Unfortunately, we have an allergy to cats, so please no cats, or other types of animals. We apologize for any inconvenience.
2) Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, other drugs, vaping, or bad cooking, etc.) is not permitted in or around Rex the RV.
3) Please do not climb the ladder or go up onto the roof. The ladder is for maintenance issues, only. Walking on the roof may cause seals to separate and water to leak in. It is also very slippery up there, and can result in an insurance problem for us.

Being able to reside in places of natural beauty, so close you can touch them, or hear the sounds of nature as you camp near a waterfall or lake, or feel the clean air in your lungs...What a thing!
