Inside you'll have plenty of room to sleep 4 adults plus 2 kids comfortably, and you'll find plenty of cabinet space inside and out.
What’s included
This beautiful RV comes COMPLETELY STOCKED with everything you need, at NO EXTRA CHARGE! Fully loaded with pots, pans, flatware, dishes, glasses, toaster, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods supplied. Freshly cleaned linens; high thread-count sheets, bedspread, blankets, towels, washcloths. For outdoor living we include folding chairs that rock, a gas BBQ grill with propane tank and grilling utensils, a six-foot folding table, pick-nick table cloth, all electric, water, and sewer hoses and connections, sanitizer and rags, gloves, emergency tool kit, flashlights, and road cone.

We are pet friendly. PET FEE of $100 PER DOG APPLIES and is limited to dogs only, 25 lbs. or less. Renter must disclose pet info at time of rental booking.
STRICT NO SMOKING RULE. No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed at all- inside, or outside while the door or windows are open. A smoking cleaning fee of $1,000 will apply for smoking.
Our RV will be delivered to you perfectly clean inside & out with full gas & propane tanks, so we ask that it is returned in the same condition, otherwise a cleaning fee & refill charges will apply.
Re-fueling Fee: If gas tank is not returned full, this fee will be charged for refueling.: $ 150
Black Tank Dump Fee: Emptying and cleaning BLACK TANK if not emptied by renter: $ 200
Propane Tank Refill: Propane tank must be topped off to maximum fill level.: $ 75
Late Fee: $50/hour for first two hours. If later than two hours, one day rental applies.: $ 50
