"The Empty Nester" is a non-smoking unit, this includes any type of smoking devices.
It is recommended that campground reservations include full hook-up (electric, water, and sewer). If water hook-up is not available, host may provide up to 50 gallons of fresh water, at an extra charge of $50. If sewer hook-up is not available, it is recommended renters use the campground restroom facilities to prevent overfilling of the sewer tanks.
Cleaning must adhere to CDC Guidelines for cleaning and sanitation. All high-touch surfaces such as door knobs, drawer/ door handles, counter/tabletops, seating areas, sinks, shower, toilet, floors, grills, and outdoor kitchen surfaces, must be cleaned with a commercial grade disinfectant cleaner.
