Experience the joy of RV travel with the convenience of your own private bath, foot flush toilet and a hot/cold shower, plus wash sink.
ENTERTAINMENT
For your entertainment needs, watch a movie on the manual swivel in Cab-Over TV with Blue Ray DVD player, DVDs included. Can be swiveled to watch TV comfortably from the dinette.

Upgraded queen memory foam mattress, queen bed slide out for easy access of the bed on both sides. Double sink and pantry. Child safety net for upper bunk. Outdoor TV and grill table.

9 am-2 pm. With options for early and late pickup and drop-off add-ons.
Things to know
RULES/FEES :
-Absolutely NO SMOKING in the RV. Additional cleaning fees will apply.
- CLEANING FEE if any ODORS, excess dirt, or mud in or outside the motorhome including, soot, mud, trash, food wine stains, signs of pets, debris, etc. (with the exception of normal wear and tear) that require a deep cleaning will result in an additional cleaning fee of a minimum of $350.
-Travel to Canada or Mexico is not permitted.
-LATE FEE, if a renter returns the RV after the agreed-upon drop-off time without prior approval, a late fee of $85 per hour up to twice the nightly rate may be applied.
-GPS tracking onboard. Tampering with the device will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and any applicable fees.
-Death Valley is PROHIBITED during July and August due to extreme temperatures. Dry Lake Beds or Sand Dunes are not permitted.
-Roof access is STRICTLY prohibited. You will be liable for any damages.
-Festivals of any kind must have prior approval. Festival rates, increased deposit, and additional cleaning fees will apply.
-Burning Man Festival Friendly : RV must be returned in the condition received, clean and playa dust free.
