Despite our best efforts, there are times that these items may not be in working order. As such, we do not guarantee that they will be in working order.

Prep Fee is mandatory Cleaning Fee: $ 120
Cleaning Fee - Guests are required to return the unit clean and in substantially the same condition as received. Failure to clean the unit prior to the end of the reservation period will result in a cleaning fee being charged: $1,000.00
Propane (if not returned with the same amount as received): $100 penalty fee + cost of fuel cost
Reservations are subject to a supplemental rental agreement.
