The master bedroom features a large kingsize bed with plenty of room to walk around, extra storage, private entrance into bathroom, and washer/dryer hookups in the closet.
Bathroom offers a spacious shower and ample storage for your toiletries and essentials.
Updated Bluetooth control center allows you to operate everything with the touch of your phone.

Things to know
Rental Policies:
There will be a brief orientation tour after setup. We will note any existing damage and go over basic operation. Please make sure to ask questions if anything is unclear where are here to help!
General Rules:
Violating these rules may result in loss of security deposit:
- No smoking / vaping inside the trailer, IMMEDIATE loss of entire security deposit in addition to the cost of removing odor
- Do not flush anything except RV toilet paper and human waste
- Do not put food waste down the sink drain
- Awning must be retracted overnight, in strong winds, or when leaving the campsite unattended
- Do not hang anything off the awning arms
- Do not access roof for any reason
- Do not adjust stabilizer jacks, tongue jack, levelers, or chocks without permission
- Do not adjust water/power/septic connections without permission
- Do not bring slide in without permission
- Open bathroom roof vent and turn on the fan when showering
- Open kitchen roof vent and turn on the fan when cooking inside
- Pull blinds up and down with two hands evenly on the bottom rail
Power
- AC unit will not operate unless connected to a 50 or 30 amp service or a generator with at least 3000watts of power
- We will provide an adapter for connecting unit to a normal residential outlet but you will be limited to the of that particular circuit
- Do not attempt to make any changes to the onboard electrical system, components, or plugs. Doing so will forfeit your entire deposit
