No off-road adventures... not my rules; No sand dunes.
No pets on the furniture.
No cats allowed, small dogs only.
No indoor smoking / vaping or around propane tanks.
No one is allowed on the roof.
Please clean up after your visit:
linens in a provided hamper, dishes in the sink, chairs and pullout folded up and put away.
No grease, oil, or food in the sink.
While cooking please open and run ceiling vents.
No baby wipes, feminine products, or unapproved bathroom tissue are allowed to be flushed.
Provided water pressure regulator and filter are required when setting up camp.
Dining room chairs and table must remain indoors.
A/C unit and a high output furnace. 68 degrees recommended.
A completely self-sustained rig.
Windows, slides, doors, awnings, front door handle, drawers, items, and stabilizing jacks must be secured and in the travel position. Please call for questions.

Front jack is set and leveled first, then the stabilizing jacks extended.
Reverse the process when breaking camp.
