Things to know
Note regarding awning and other leisure amenities (eg, TV, radio, DVD/CD players etc): We try our best to ensure everything is in working order before every reservation. Despite our best efforts, there are times that these items may not be in working order. As such, we do not guarantee that they will be in working order.
Note re awning: Awning use is prohibited unless it is added to your reservation as an add on for $50/day. Awnings are one of the top items damaged during reservations and rarely are covered by insurance. They cost as much as $7,000 each to repair/replace.

Prep Fee is mandatory Cleaning Fee: $ 120
Cleaning Fee - Guests are required to return the unit clean and in substantially the same condition as received. Failure to clean the unit prior to the end of the reservation period will result in a cleaning fee being charged: $1,000.00
Propane (if not returned with the same amount as received): $100 penalty fee + cost of fuel cost
Reservations are subject to a supplemental rental agreement
