Fuel efficient - 15 MPG (55 mph on flat roadways)
Ford Transit V6 chassis
23-foot class C. Great for couples or small families with little or no RV experience.
Easy to drive, easy to park, easy to operate.
Includes two large beds and two recliners (the dinette has been removed)
Only 3 seat belts.
Two beds: 52'x 80" in rear and 48" x 87" (above cab)
Supplies and equipment are included (a detailed list will be provided), just bring your own sheets and towels (provided at no cost for out-of-town renters).
Completely self-contained with generator, shower, toilet, microwave, sink, large refrigerator, roof A/C, heater, TV and DVD player.
No towing.
No off-road (non-paved), or desert camping (incl. Burning Man)
Except for driving through campground, RV is only allowed to travel on well maintained, paved, minimum 2-lane roads. A GPS Tracking device is installed on RV, if you are looking to travel to a non-approved location, please find another RV to rent.

Rates 2023:
Jan 2 to Feb 17 = $100
Feb 18 to May 25 = $125
(excludes Coachella & Stagecoach weekends which are $150/day)
May 18 to Sept 6 = $150
Sept 7 to Nov 17 = $125
Nov 18 to Nov 27 = $150
Nov 28 to Dec 15 = $100
Dec 16 to Jan 2 = $150
Preparation fee = $125
100 free miles per day included
Excess mileage fee - $0.35 per mile
