*Full bathroom - Including shower - toilet, etc.
*Easily sleeps 5 - Has overhead bunk also with safety net for kids.
*Very nice full kitchen that is self sufficient with refrigerator
*Central A/C and Heat that is simple thermostat controlled.
*Powerful 4k Onan Generator on board
*Exterior power awning with exterior ambient LED lighting
*Interior ambient lighting also.
*Tinted windows.
*No advertising on it.
*Exterior floor mat & folding chairs included and a bunch of other goodies.
-We have basic utensils onboard - Pots, pans, cutting knives and a few other basics. As for cups and plates etc - we believe its better to load up on plastic or paper ones when your preparing your grocery list.
