The Rear Living Area's opposing slides provide a great open floorplan featuring a beautiful kitchen island with stainless steel sink, a bar/coffee bar, stainless steel 8 cu refrigerator, 3-burner propane cooktop, oven, with plenty of cabinet and pantry space. The booth dinette also converts to a small bed and has storage under the seats.
The Entertainment Center featuring 39" TV which tunes local channels most places, with use of the roof-mounted antenna, is on adjustable arm. LED electric fireplace/heater, and stereo, is directly across from 2 Theatre seats with lights, heat, and massage! (Each can also be slept in). And finally, there's a trifold sofa which converts to a large twin or small double bed. Skylight and lots of windows in the living area provide natural light. It's all cooled by Dometic Blizzard 13.5k A/C .
The Outdoor Kitchen and Entertainment Center with hammered steel top has a small refrigerator, ice maker, water hookup, 2-burner propane cooktop, propane grill, 32" TV, Bose Stereo system, awning and LED lights.

Complete linens for the trifold sofa-bed are provided.
(We don't provide linens for the dinette conversion to child's bed, because honestly, I can't imagine using it. But if you want to use it, we'll figure it out.)

Kitchen is ready to cook and eat, with towels, dishtowels, dishes, cups, coffee cups, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. We even throw in dish soap, paper towels, napkins, etc.
(If you prefer paper plates, cups, etc. you should bring them.)
We provide 4 of each: White bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths which are washed on "sanitize" setting of Samsung washer between renters. We provide toilet tissue.
Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, bath soap etc.
Under the bed is our "Owner's Storage," is locked and should be left that way. No need to be curious, it's just our personal touches which you very likely don't want or need. Cutting the lock or evidence of breaking into this storage is grounds for losing your deposit.
