What’s included
We will provide fresh linens, 4 blankets, 8 pillows, 8 bath towels, 8 wash cloths, toilet paper, pots and pans, dishes, cups, silverware, utensils, simple condiments such as salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, powdered cream. Coffee pot with some coffee and hot chocolate pods and tea bags. It will also have 4 camping chairs, table, first aid kit, some family games. It has a DVD and Blu-ray player so bring along your favorite movies.
Things to know
NO SMOKING IN THE COACH. Smoking in the RV will cost $500.00 out of deposit.
Returned empty propane tank will cost $100.00 out of deposit.
Returned empty gas tank will cost $150.00 out of deposit. Please both tanks need to be returned FULL.
If you use awning it will be AT YOUR OWN RISK. You must make sure you roll it in at all times that you are not there to watch it. Do not leave it open and go away even for a little while because a wind will come anytime and break it off. That will cost $1000.00 of deposit.
There will be a cleaning charge of $250.00 if returned dirty. Also, the grey and black water tanks MUST be dumped before return or a fee of $100.00 will be assessed.
There is an additional non-refundable fee of $200.00 for prep and sanitizing the rig.
No frying inside unit.
