This floor plan has a spacious kitchen with deep double sink, refrigerator and separate freezer, dream dinette, Queen size walk around bed, bedroom TV, privacy door for the bedroom, and more storage than you can imagine! HUGE TV with DVD player that your little ones can watch while you get them safely to your destination. There is a charging station for all your USB devices, and stereo with speakers above the master bed and outside too! There is a huge cab-over loft, 12 V ceiling fans, A/C and heat with either distributed or centralized airflow, water pump, heated holding tanks, second auxiliary battery, electric/gas hot water heater. The coach generator also runs off of very little gasoline fuel, power seats, windows & locks, rear view/back up camera, 3-point seat belts, driver & passenger airbags, fiberglass running boards, trailer hitch, roof ladder, outside shower, and electric awning. An absolute pleasure to drive and very family and pet friendly.

It may not always be possible for me to deliver and pick the rig up. Therefore, ALL requests must be approved before booking.

Reservations for Talladega Races, Music Festivals, and Burning Man MUST BE APPROVED IN ADVANCE or will be cancelled, as rental rates increase the closer you book to the event. Please message via the platform prior to requesting the RV.
Our policy allows for a maximum of 4 adults per unit. We reserve the right to charge for additional adults and reservations may be revised accordingly.
THERE WILL BE A $500.00 charge for smoking or vaping in the rig or if the rugs, mattress cover, or linens smell of smoke, or evidence of illegal drugs is found.
If items are Stained and/or contain foul odors, especially cushions, and require replacement renter is responsible for the purchase price and shipping cost to replace the item. Please note: Some interior items are only sold as a set so renter will be required to purchase the set.
Footprints noted on the roof will be charged a $300.00 cleaning fee, there are no exceptions.
We can dump your tanks for you! Just choose this option in the add-on section.
Renter will be required to sign a supplemental rental agreement.
ALL units are equipped with GPS.
Pick-up hours are from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Other times maybe arranged and a $65.00 per hour wait fee will apply.
