Listing description
This Lance Trailer can be towed by any full-size SUV but will still sleep a family of 7. The interior with the slide-out is very spacious for a trailer that is only 22 feet (25 with tongue) long! This makes towing and parking very easy and it is small enough for campgrounds in National Parks. The queen size bed converts into a couch during the day, and the dinette slide-out converts into a full-size bed. There is also a triple-bunk bed that sleeps 3, and converts into storage space during transportation. When off the grid, the two full-charged batteries will last for three nights when careful with power usage. And the 45 gallon fresh water tank can go even longer when careful. On-grid, the A/C unit keeps the trailer plenty cool.

Things to know
* Dry weight is 4,380 pounds. Fully loaded (with full water tank & gear) is 6,000 pounds. The hitch weight is 720 pounds.
* Note that the awning does not work. We have had problems with it retracting, so it is turned off.
* Technically, the triple bunk bed can fit adults, but the reality is that an adult or full-size teen will feel cramped. However, the bunks are really great for kids and smaller teens.
* The dinette is the largest you will see anywhere. When converted to a bed, it will fit two adults (including me who is 6"3")
* The gas grill connects right into the trailer, so no need for a separate tank.
* I will run the fridge for a couple of days before pickup, so that it is nice and cold when you arrive.
* I will also have the water heater all ready to go so you don't have fiddle around with that.
* Please return with black tank flushed and empty as well as the gray tank. $50 if I have to go drain this.
* For $20, I will fill up the water tank if you plan to dry camp.
* Please do not take this on long, extended dirt roads into the bush. It is not designed for long stretches' of bumps and dust.
*This is rated for 4 seasons. It is really good in cold weather. The water tanks won't freeze if you have the heater running.
