40-foot home on wheels. Sleeps six, huge kitchen—the refrigerator's bigger than the one in our house. Two generators, one on the unit, and a portable 15amp gas generator that you can rent for an additional $150. Some minor wear on one of the recliners and a few dents in the J wrap on the wheel well from a blowout with the tire, but no damage to the unit. Brand new brakes, tires, and suspension. Large water reserves and propane reserves. Less than 500 miles on all of them. Pet friendly, upon approval.
What’s included
We will stock a kitchen with utensils, air fryer, coffee maker and basic needs. You will need to bring your own bedding and we require a mattress cover. There are several add-ons we can provide, and if given advance notice will work with you on anything you may need.
Things to know
This is a family-friendly unit. Great for retirees or families. Being family-oriented and pet lovers, my wife is a veterinarian, we have chosen not to charge extra for pets unless there’s damage, pet hair, or excessive cleaning that needs to be done afterward. We can provide a crate, or a couple of crates, for owners for an additional fee of $20.
