What’s included
This unit is ready to go with a ball hitch and sway bar. It has an electric jack stand and is simple to hook up. The Kitchen includes pots, pans, silverware, plates , bowls, and plastic cups and cleaning supplies. There is two hot dog or marsh mellow sticks for the campfire. A portable propane grill with extra propane (small bottles) and cooking utensils.
A cooking station set up, and camp table set up with 3 folding chairs. There is bedding sheets, blankets and Pillows on bed. There is also an outside canopy included for shade and relaxation.

Things to know
This unit is simple to hook up and easy pulling. We are very close to the Smokey mountains with many places to camp. It is easy to park and pull out of most all places. There is two brand new deep cycle batteries just installed and everything works. This unit has not been used very much and is in great condition. Perfect for a couple or family with smaller children up to 4 people total.
