The Fleetwood Flair is a high quality 30 foot Class A RV. We have a personal lift on the side of the RV to lift a disabled person into the RV and a renovated 32" by 32" walk-in shower with no step. Shower chair provided if requested. We recently purchased Starlink internet service which can be added at an additional fee. At 30 feet, the RV is easy to drive and maneuver around parking lots but is large enough for all the amenities of larger RVs. The unit has a king-sized bed with a privacy door and a huge closet with multiple drawers. The unit has an microwave/convection oven and a three-burner stove. Also a pellet grill and small firepit. It has a good-sized refrigerator with a large freezer. It has a heat and air conditioning. Underneath storage to add to all the storage inside. Included are linens, dishes, silverware for six and pots and pans. A toaster and Keurig coffee maker add to the ease of making a quick breakfast. Three TVs, all with Free Roku channels including Disney+, Amazon Prime Video and Netflix. A two recliner sofa was recently added for your relaxation after a day of adventure. The bathroom has a good-sized shower with a stool for those who want to sit during their shower. Grab bars have been added to help those with moderate mobility issues get into the unit and in the shower. A large rug is included to turn a dirt floor outside the unit into a comfortable living space. Four camping chairs, a small coffee table and chairs are included for you
What’s included
Fresh linens for six, four camping chairs, dishes, silverware, utensils and pans are included. Also included are pickleball rackets and balls. In case of rain, we supply several board games. Airport pickup at Tampa International or Clearwater/St. Petersburg airports are available upon request. Delivery and pickup anywhere in Florida are available by request on a mileage basis. We will deliver and set up the RV at a campsite that you choose if you prefer not to drive. There is a queen size bed with a mattress and convertible queen size sleeping bag (or two single sleeping bags) that lower from above the cab when parked at your campsite.
We recently added a outside lift which will lift a handicapped person from the ground all the way to the floor level of the RV. NO steps to negotiate as long as the person can stand on the lift while a remote moves it upward to the floor of the RV. We just completed a renovation of the bathroom so there is no step and the bathroom has been made into a combination bath providing about 32" by 32" of shower space. We can provide a shower chair if needed.
