2. Fuel and Power: Guests are responsible for the cost of propane and gas refills upon return. There is a refueling penalty charge of $250.
3. Waste Management: A $100 fee will be assessed for tank dumping to cover the proper disposal of black and grey tanks.
4. Timely Returns: A late return fee of $500 may be incurred to accommodate our scheduling commitments and fellow travelers.
5. Furry Friends Reminder: While we love pets, please be aware of a pet violation fee of $1,000 if our no-pet policy is not adhered to, in order to consider the comfort of all guests.
