SUPPLY PROVIDED
A 12 ft screened canopy tent is stored in the storage bin, and all hook up accessories: RV sewage hose kit, water hoses for drinking water and tank flush, inline water filter, main power cord and adapter plugs for 30amp/50amp/120V, TV cable. We can provide a cart or bike hitch in the back upon request, and even bikes/Kayak.
Please provide your own linens, bedding, pillows, and towels. The rear bed can use queen sheets.
RULES
1. Eligible Drivers: Renter must be 25 years of age or older,
2. Please ensure to return the RV Clean to avoid a $150 Cleaning Fee. A basic inside cleanup including wipe down, dishes, trash, and floor sweep, etc... is expected or it will be charged from your damage deposit. We stock this RV with all cleaning supplies.
3. Please Ensure to Dump The RV Septic Tanks to avoid a $75 Dumping Fee
4. Smoking is prohibited. Evidence of smoking is determined at the sole discretion of the owner and will cause forfeiture of your Security Deposit.
5. Please contact owner for pet policy. Pet on board without contacting owner will cause forfeiture of your security deposit.
6. No climbing on roof (for safety reasons).
