- Cleaning fee: $250 min if not returned clean
- Any tire damage or objects in tires - $250 per damaged tire
- Responsible for any damages not covered by Renters Insurance

RENTING CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE TRAVEL DESTINATION(S). MILEAGE RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY IF DEEMED EXCESSIVE. ALL OF OUR RVS ARE EQUIPPED WITH GPS TRACKING DEVICES.
IF CUSTOMER IS RENTING E-BIKES, MOUNTAIN BIKES, OR BIKE RACK, CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL FINANACIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE AND /OR LOSS UP TO AND INCLUDING THE TOTAL COST FOR REPLACEMENT. CUSTOMER APPROVES AND AGREES TO OUTDOORSY.COM AND/OR OWNER TO CHARGE THE CUSTOMER'S CREDIT CARD IN THE EVENT OF ANY E-BIKE, MOUNTAIN BIKE, OR BIKE RACK DAMAGE AND/OR LOSS.
BE ADVISED, THE RV MUST BE RETURNED AS CLEAN OR CLEANER THAN IT WAS UPON PICKUP. YOUR OBLIGATION IS TO RETURN THE RV EXACTLY AS IT WAS WHEN YOU PICKED IT UP. BLACK AND GRAY HOLDING TANKS MUST ALSO BE DUMPED, FUEL RETURNED TO THE "FULL" MARK, AND PROPANE REFILLED TO FULL. RV MUST BE RETURNED BY 2PM ON THE LAST DAY OF THE RENTAL. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE RV. IF THESE ITEMS ARE NOT COMPLETED, FEES WILL APPLY TO YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
