What’s included
RV Set up and pick up service includes the hook up of the freshwater hose, the septic drain hoses, cable, inside staging, tank prep/flushing.

Grilling utensils are in the pantry.
A fire poker is in the basement area
RV tools and misc maintenance items are in the basement
Kitchen cabinets store the dinnerware, cutlery, cups and glasses, Cookware and a lighter for the gas oven.
In the pantry there are paper plates, cups
Salt, pepper, cream and sugar packs and k-cup coffee.
Additional Small appliances include a Keurig Coffee maker, a toaster, a crock-pot and a blender.
A First aid kit, scissors, pencils, garbage and trash bags, cleaners and wipes, are in the pull out by the Fridge.

Things to know
A 5th wheel requires a tow vehicle. In the Myrtle beach, North Myrtle Beach and Conway SC HWY 90 area I tow it to and from you booked site and set up/tear down leaving you to spend more time just enjoying your vacation.
If you fly into the Myrtle beach Airport, transportation to and from the site for 4 people can be provide by me at no charge upon requested to your booked site.
For private, family oriented 1-4 night trip we offer a full hook up site beside our home on the intra coastal waterway for $80. 00 per day /no $200.00 del.
PLEASE. No smoking inside.
We have the RV cleaned and sanitized between each rental.
The normal cleaning charge listed is $50.00. There is a pet charge of $200.00 to cover the post rental deep cleaning charge
We address three concerns based on our past rentals.
1. What temperature do you want the RV set.
2. Will you want beds made up or the clean sheets left on the beds for you to make up yourself.
3. How many people will be staying to determine your best set up option to sleep up to 9(or more if children).

4. Because everyone likes different brands of soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and shaving supplies, we ask you to please bring your own. (However we will have some travel size supplies stored in the master bath cabinet)
