Has been said, “Another world of camping!” - ALSO…”Black Beauty" is delivered and SET UP for YOU!! That is full rig assembly…at your chosen campsite - so you can enjoy a “unique” and hassle-free experience!! Owner provides orientation, and 24/7 support!

What’s included
Rental includes:... Camping chairs; kitchen supplies; 4 CF refrigerator with freezer (insulated cooler available); an outdoor grill; inside wet bath; outside shower; TV and built in stereo (CD and USB ports) and freshly laundered mattress covers… the interior cleaned and sanitized before your use. Exterior “perimeter lighting” (motion activated) is available.
We also provide - “on request” - professional Chef Kitchen accessories, for those who are die-hard Camp cooks!
In addition, board games are provided, for those rare gloomy days, or evening pastime; we also offer a classic book library; AND be sure to receive your FREE copy of Anna Sewell’s book “Black Beauty!”… But the big story is…“Black Beauty” is a Great Adventure for kids… (of ALL ages!!) So, saddle-up, and take the reins!!
The sleeping areas have privacy curtains. Your comfort assured with a 13,500 BTU A/C, 20,000 BTU furnace, 6 gallons hot water heater, water filtration systems, fire and carbon monoxide alerts, and duel 20 lb propane tanks. And you will find night lights at floor level; and optional security systems.
Renters provide personal items - toiletries/towels/pillows/ bedding / or sleeping bags etc. Items included in the rental available on request, or on making a reservation; included content providing all essential needs other than personal items and food. We provide paper plates, pottery mugs, and cutlery. You’re free to bring your own plates etc.. but best to minimize washing of dishes!

We offer an “exclusive” WEATHER guarantee… For every 24 hours of “wash-out” weather stopping you exploring, we will provide a FREE NIGHT of future Camping. (Conditions and restrictions apply!!)
ALSO we include a vehicle prep guarantee! In addition to our personal attention.
AND THERE IS MORE… all rentals, weather permitting, include FREE - “Extended Stay” - combined with set up and take down prior to and following the rental period! Please ASK for details!
