My kids named our RV Big Yoshi, and it is a great rig for anyone who doesn't want a hassle. Purchased summer 2020, and two teens and I used it full-time September 2020 - June 2021. We logged 23,000 miles in 8 months and still love it! The turning radius is very tight and it will fit into one parking space by backing in and hanging the rear bumper over the curb. You'll be able to fit into just about any place that allows RVs. Clever interior design: the queen bed has an electric lift in the ceiling above the dinette--raise it to the ceiling during the day so it's out of the way, lower it at night to sleep. The dinette area is directly underneath, and converts to an area slightly larger than a California King. Very space efficient. There is a small fridge and freezer (larger than a "dorm fridge" but smaller than what's in your kitchen), two-burner gas stove, microwave, ceiling vent and fan, gas furnace for heat, and an electric AC/heat unit. Continuous propane hot water heater--no 6 gallon water tank that's going to run out. One main outside storage compartment (for camp chairs and such), and another small exterior compartment for the water hose.
Note: Base price DOES NOT INCLUDE cleaning or dumping, meaning renter is responsible to return the RV clean and also with the tanks emptied, unless you pay for me to do these in "add on" fees. If not paid for or returned clean and empty, there is a fee that will be added after the return of the rental.
