Low mileage with fully-equipped kitchen includes dishes, cookware, Coffee maker and waffle maker. Master bedroom has RV king bed and lots of wardrobe and storage space. Has two indoor TVs and one outdoor TV. Outdoor kitchen with gas grill is great for family meal time. Sleeps 8 but maximum of six adults (three full size beds one RV King bed). Note: the loft bed has a weight capacity of 250 pounds. We’ll supply the sheets, please bring your own pillows and blankets.
Also features a washer & dryer.
50 amp hookup.
Note: We do NOT allow more than eight hours of generator use per day. Also you can only run one AC unit when using the generator.
Pickup and drop off times are flexible.
***Note additional fees for not dumping the black and gray tanks at the end of your rental ($100) and not emptying the refrigerators and disposing of all garbage ($50).
