Sofa bed for 2 One super slide that expands the bedroom, Kitchen aid included kitchen and living area with auto leveling making setup a snap. 3 TVs, one in the master bedroom, one in the living room and one outside. Plus, the outside TV has a Bluetooth sound system build in the outside kitchen player, 12v and usb chargers, Outside kitchen with sink and refrigerator, electric awning with LED lights makes for a great outdoor experience.

CLEANING FEE - WE UNDERSTAND THAT RV’S GET DIRTY OUT ON THE ROAD. RETURNING THE RV CLEAN IS ACCEPTABLE, AND WILL NOT RESULT IN ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES. OF MIN $200 FOR EXTRA CLEANING.

LATE FEE - IF A RENTER RETURNS THE RV AFTER THE AGREED UPON DROP OFF TIME PLUS A ONE HOUR GRACE PERIOD, WE CHARGE A LATE FEE FOR THE RESERVATION. EXTRA DAY & FEE’S

REFUELING FEE - REFILLING PROPANE AND GAS TANKS SHOULD BE SET PRIOR TO THE START OF THE TRIP. IF THE FUEL REFILL REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET, WE CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL FUEL REFILL FEE $10 PER GALLON.
