- Sleep 6 in beds, 1 on jack knife couch. Overhead bunk in front of RV is a queen sleeps 2, master bed is also a queen and sleeps 2, and two bunks single size beds in hallway for 2 more. The couch folds down for a single person and dinette table converts to a small bed, possibly for 2 small children if needed (please request additional linens for couch and table if needed).

Things to know
- Our family RV is for you to use to enjoy as a regional delivery, I will setup for you upon delivery, all you need to do is show up with your gear and enjoy your trip. See fees section for details.
- Not to be used as party bus. No drugs or smoking in the unit, and only registered guests can use the RV.
Note: The awning was broken on a prior rental, it is secured in place. A popup screened picnic tent is provided with the unit, which is actually nicer to use. :o)
