*Thanks for the opportunity to be a part of your outdoor adventures. You’ll love our light weight, easy to pull & operate hybrid that offers a queen & full bed, along with a dinette which converts to a smaller bed. A full private bath, fridge w/ freezer, 2 burner stove, micro, AC & a furnace.
*TOWING REQUIREMENTS:
We require your tow vehicle have a tow rating of 4000lbs or greater. We will verify your vehicle meets requirements to ensure your safety. You will also need trailer brakes w/ 7 prong plug & tow pkg to include 2” ball. ONLY the individual(s) listed on rental agreement & who are over the age of 25, are allowed to drive tow vehicle while pulling our trailer.

*Upon pick-up, we will ensure everything is on ready for use.
*This unit does have full hook up capabilities w/30amp elec, water & sewer. If you will NOT have hook-ups & would like to use the AC, microwave, any of the 110V outlets, you MUST have a generator.
*We ask you empty both holding tanks prior to returning the unit. If they are not empty, you will be charged a dump fee.
*We work hard to provide a clean, comfortable unit for your experience. Our hope is you appreciate it & return it the unit in the same clean, working condition in which you received it.

What’s included
*When you rent with us, you get a fully stocked kitchen, cleaning agents & supplies, bedding to include comforter for both beds (NO pillows), plus fresh bath towels for 6. Additional items include a first aid kit, camp chairs, roasting sticks, lantern, tools & much more. So many extras, you really only need your clothes, personal items and food.
Things to know
We are located with easy access to Estes Park, The Poudre Canyon (Hwy 14), even Red Feather Lakes. We are also located within about an 8 hour drive to Yellowstone Natl Park, Arches Natl Park, or head South to Albuquerque, NM for the balloon fiesta.
