Our lil' home away from is packed with all the amenities needed. The master bedroom features a walk around queen sized bed with night stands and storage cabinets on either side and above. Also features a 32" smart TV and DVD player. The kitchen has all the features of home with a four burner stove top and oven combo, microwave, double sink, coffee maker, and a good sized refrigerator/freezer. Dining and living room area has a couch that converts into a small bed perfect for children, and the dinning table with seating for four also converts to a full sized bed. An entertainment center is viewable from the couch and table and features a 32" TV, DVD, and stereo system with inputs for all your devices, and speaker inside and outside. There are plenty of cabinets throughout with ample storage, and under the dinette seating for even more gear. The bathroom features a stand in shower w/small tub, sink, toilet and a wardrobe closet with a set of drawers. The trailer is equipped with ducted heat and air so you can escape the elements or just get in a quick recharge. On the outside there is also a pass-thru basement storage area for even more of your adventure gear! This trailer is all setup and ready for your perfect get away.
We strive to provide most everything needed for a worry-free trip, so you won’t stress about “we forgot to pack the…!” Also, without all the add-on fees for every little thing like a fork, towels, or even soap. Rest assured, I believe we have you covered.

What’s included
The kitchen includes pretty much everything you need: Serving set for at least six people. Plates, bowls, cups and all utensils. Complete cutlery set of knives. Cooking instruments for most all your needs: mixing, stirring, chopping, grading, and serving. Cutting boards, pots, pans, baking pans, and a BBQ set. For your food storage needs: Aluminum foil, plastic wrap, a variety of zip lock bags and storage containers. A small variety of simple spices, seasoning and cooking oil. Kitchen towels and paper towels, potholders, dish soap, sponges and other cleaning supplies.

For comfort and convenience, we have provided a large mat for the porch area and four folding chairs. (Please keep away from fire pit when not in use to prevent damaging.) A rechargeable lantern, Two LED flashlights, and a couple of citronella candles for those pesky mosquitoes! A variety of board games, a couple decks of card, GIANT JENGA stacking blocks - always a hit with us, and a handful of DVDs for the times it may be raining, or you just don’t want to go outside. There is an air pump in the outside storage area to fill any inflatable air mattresses or rafts.

Things to know
We are located in El Dorado county and close to a ton of beautiful campgrounds near lakes, rivers and of course Lake Tahoe. Some of our favorites are Sly Park, Icehouse, Camp Lotus and anywhere in Tahoe! The activities are endless from off road trail adventures "like the Rubicon", water-sports, hiking, mountain biking, fishing/hunting, or just enjoying some of California's beautiful parks and landscapes.

Tow vehicle must be equipped with electronic trailer brake system. (Not Provided)

Holding tanks must be emptied before returned or a $50.00 fee will be charged.
There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside the trailer.
No pets are allowed inside the trailer.
No music festival allowed.
No Tailgating allowed.
