Miles included 50- Mileage Overage $1.00 per mile
Generator limit 4 hours included per day- Generator overage Rate $4.00 per hour
NO SMOKING! if cigarette smoke smell is detected upon return penalty $300(Flat)
EZ Pass/Tolls will be paid after bill is received or penalty$300(Flat)
Return gas fee if not brought back with the same amount it left with: $200(Flat)
Both black and gray tanks dumped before returning or penalty$300(Flat)
Drop off/pick up service starting: $300(Flat)
RV will need to be brought back in the condition you received it or penalty cleaning fee $300(Flat)
Pet fee we don't want animals in the RV. Will consider if we talk. $50(Flat)

Any damages to the RV caused by the renter or third-party are to be reported immediately and repaired at Renters expense.
Please make sure you wipe down all countertops, floors, refrigerator, bathroom, shake out all rugs,clean all dishes, and trash must be out before dropping off the RV. Sheets and 4 pillows may be left on the masterbed all other sheets can be placed in the provided laundry bag. All outside bins must be cleaned out.
