The driver will love the powerful Cummins ISL engine tuned to 450hp with over 1000lbft of torque to conquer any road in America. The engine retarder handles braking and provides confidence on down hill grades. Mirror cameras display the sides automatically switch on with signal indicator and back up camera provides full view while docking. But if you don't feel confident handling this rig, we will deliver it and set it up for you. The co-pilot, will enjoy a reclining heated chair and cupholder while navigating. Family comforts abound. There are four televisions (including one outside under the 8' awning) and two separate Dish On The Go satellite boxes, DVD and BlueRay players and a theatre sound system that rocks. The plush leather seating through out the main salon is equipped with seat belts and views of the television. The kitchen boasts a residential fridge/freezer, whisper silent dishwasher, 3 burner gas stove, microwave/convection oven, two sided sink, air fryer/toaster oven, & everything you need to prepare & enjoy a gourmet meal on board. The bathroom has a sink, toilet & standup shower with tons of hot water for an actual, relaxing shower. The couch turns into a super comfortable bed with a flip of a switch. The bunk beds have reading lights & drop down dvd players with game hook-ups. The King Master includes huge closet and both washer & dryer.

Things to know
This rig fits in perfectly at upscale RV resorts, KOA's or right on the beach in Destin. We have toured all of Florida, the blue ridge mountains, Nashville, Ashville, the Biltmore, Wisconsin Dells, the Mall of America in Minneapolis, the Fargo Fair Grounds, and the Ozarks. Whatever you can think of, you can experience it in style with this coach.
We have family members with allergies, so no pets allowed and absolutely no smoking.
We will provide full training, a detailed manual and text/call availability to help with any questions.
Height is 12'9" so plan your route accordingly and watch for low clearance.
The cleaning fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. The exterior will be sparkling. Tires will be properly inflated, fuel (100gallon) and fresh water (100 gallon) will be full, propane tank (38 gallon) will be full. Grey tank will be empty and a small amount of clean water will remain in the black tank to prevent odors. Black tank tablets will be provided. A special welcome gift will await you upon arrival.
We are John, Barb, Ceydee and Sophia - we were full time RV'ers until we found our new home in Nocatee, Florida. We had a blast going around Florida, Tennessee and North Carolina and travelling back to our lake place in Minnesota. We plan on RV'ing to Arizona to visit old friends and family, but in the mean time, we are getting settled in Florida and loving not having to shovel snow!
If the fuel tank is not returned full, renters will be charged for the cost to refill the tank post-trip.
