All the bells and whistles on this 27’ gem. Our camper, with its private bedroom, features a Queen size bed, 2 full-size bunks in the rear and a dinette that will setup for a full size bed. The camper will sleep up to 6 adults comfortably or a large family with young children. I have been known to also fall asleep on the new recliner.
This is a really nice little setup for some great camping fun. Compact size makes it easy to set up with one slide to give plenty of room inside as well as plenty of head room. The refrigerator works on either gas of electric and has plenty of room in both the freezer and fridge. The gas range has 3 burners and an oven. There is also a large pantry to store food and kitchen supplies.
The bathroom is large enough to turn around in and plenty for shower room. It also has its own entrance with an outside shower near the door for rinsing off sand and dirt before entering.
Use for trips to the mountains, the beach, races/sports events, family gatherings or travel across the country. AC unit keeps you cool and comfortable and the heater will run you out.
Rent now for summer or reserve for a great fall season, football, or Thanksgiving trips. This is a great camper for families. It will accommodate a large family with kids. There is plenty of room.

We include paper towels, toilet paper, all cleaning supplies (harmful chemicals free), and dish soap. Included is a Keurig Coffee maker and usually K cups too. We include everything to set up your campsite like 2 recliner chairs 1 regular camp chair, rug, outside fan, battery blower, and items needed to camp comfortably. We recently replaced the sofa bed with a recliner sofa. TV, DVD, and stereo are all included as well as a selection of DVDs. We include a broom, dust pan, vacuum, and mop for cleaning. There are board games for rainy days and a bundle of out door games like ladder toss. There is also an expandable “A” frame ladder to use to blow off the return before closing it.
We also include the hardware to tow the camper safely.

Things to know
Our Go to place for camping is Midway Campground outside of Statesville. We are Yogi Bear Yellowstone members and frequent them but our favorite one is near the Asheboro Zoo . We love camping in Nashville and Disney World.
