Located 10 miles from Lake Guntersville State Park and 24 miles from Bucks Pocket State Park. 1000 watt inverter installed to power AC appliances while boon docking without running the generator. Fantastic fan with rain shut off to keep coach cool in spring and fall. CB radio available. Very large kitchen area and counter space. RV is stored inside and is in excellent condition.

What’s included

Kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots & pans, plates, etc. Lawn chairs and large cooler available for free. No coffee pot. Bedding and towels available at a cost.
