* New for 2022: This beauty has had a busy winter! She has been undergoing some major renovation. From fully updated colors on her exterior to all-new colors on her interior as well. We didn't stop at colors though, she's been fully updated! The kitchen boasts new countertops, kitchen sink, faucet, microwave, and stovetop. The bathroom has been modernized with a magnificent vessel sink, a new faucet, and a beautiful countertop. The bedroom and bunkhouse have a new color scheme, lighter brighter window coverings, and new mattresses. This space is inviting and we hope you will enjoy it!

This fun-loving coach is my family's vacation home and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to share it with you. We love it dearly and have made so many priceless memories in it. I purchased it when my kids entered high school as a way to get away from the day-to-day and keep us all together, and it definitely delivered! If you are looking to make memories and travel in such a fun way that will bring you all together, then you will not be disappointed.

I am happy to deliver, set up, and pick up the motor home locally if you aren't planning on traveling with it. This will save you the stress of driving through the mountains if you aren't familiar with it.

*RV will typically have a full tank of gas, full tank of propane, 1/4 tank of freshwater, and emptied black and gray tanks. Please return in the same condition. Refill/Empty Fee will be charged.

*Due to gas prices, I have been leaving as much weight off of the RV when delivering... so I am not filling the fresh tank at all. I recommend filling it when you get to your destination. Please plan on bringing the RV back the same as you receive it to avoid any additional fees.*

**My son has life-threatening asthma, so please respect the NO SMOKING rule. If there is any evidence of smoking of any kind, I will be required to take extra measures to treat the RV with an Ozone Treatment service to rid it of the smoking effects. In doing so, the deposit amount will be charged.
