TV is cable ready and there is a DVD player with surround sound and lots of DVD's (rated PG - R). AM/FM radio with CD player with indoor and outdoor speakers. Full kitchen complete with Refrigerator, Freezer, Stove, Microwave, complete set of dishes (4 place settings) , cookware, toaster, coffee pot, crock pot and utensils TWO ROOF TOP AIR CONDITIONERS plus electric exhaust fan in kitchen. Also provided for your outside comfort and at no additional cost are 4 director chairs w side tables and a 6 ft. folding table. We deliver and pick up ONLY to campsites in Mohave County, Pirates Cove RV resort, Needles Marina and some RV parks in Parker that offer FULL HOOK UPS INCLUDING 50 AMP SERVICE and SEWER. DRY CAMPING IS NOT ALLOWED. Prices are negotiable for long term rentals. 2 day rentals may be available but at a per night rental fee of $150. Due to frequent and unexpected wind conditions no awning is provided.
