The bunkhouse for the kiddos features a sleeper sofa with bunk above and drawers beneath. Left side includes overhead bunk with storage underneath and another smart tv just for the kids. Plenty of floorspace gives them their space to stretch out and play.
The outdoor kitchen including ice maker, counter space, storage and refrigerator makes outdoor dining a breeze. Smart tv from the bunk house swivels to use while outdoors or turn up the radio and enjoy the outdoor speakers.

What’s included
Stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, silverware, keurig, coffee and a toaster.
Linens, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided . An additional twin memory foam mattress is available if needed
Outdoor rugs, zero gravity chairs, camp chairs, and a drying rack to take care of wet towels and swimsuits after splashing in the ocean.
Bathroom includes a shower/bath combo perfect for bathing the little ones.
We provide toilet paper specifically made for RV's as any other paper can damage the holding tanks. Please do not throw any feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes or any other products in the toilet.
Delivery within 25 miles is included with the rental. Delivery exceeding 25 miles incurs an additional fee.
Awning is not available for use - any tampering with the awning will result in losing your entire deposit as well as any costs to repair. We have provided a 10 x 10 pop up canopy to be used in its place. However, if camper is not occupied, high winds, or storms develop - it must be collapsed. Renter takes responsibility for replacement if used and any damage caused by the canopy.
This is a NON-smoking camper. Smoking of any kind will result in a $750 fee.

This is a 35 ft camper with 2 slides and a canopy, you need a minimum of 38-40 foot campsite. NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the camper does NOT fit on the site and will NOT attempt to put it on a smaller site.
**30-amp service required
**Check-in is based on the campground and check-out is 9:00 a.m.
**If there is no septic hookup - an additional $25 fee will be added
