What’s included
The camper comes fully equipped with everything that a small family (of 4) may need for their camping experience (plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, assortment of basic cooking utensils, linens, set of 4 bath towels, outdoor rug, and lounge chairs).
If your family is larger, please be aware that you will need to provide additional linens and towels. Please also be aware you will need to provide your own clothes, food, personal care items and basic living necessities such as paper towels, soap, trash bags, etc.

--Delivery and setup is required as I do not allow my camper to be towed by others.
--The RV septic system is sensitive. Do not flush wet wipes, feminine products, diapers, etc. If any of the aforementioned does occur, it will result in a penalty fee of $200.
--Early Pickup Fee: $ 50
--Pet Fee (Max of 2) : $ 75
--Evidence of Smoking or Drugs Penalty Fee: $ 150
