We have a neat,CLEAN,and easy towing travel trailer just for you!its size makes it So EASY to maneuver and tow.We really want you to have as much fun with our camper as we do.We’ll show you how to set up and take down or we can deliver and set up for you for a fee!If you choose delivery please Contact me first I’ll give you correct fees dependent on where delivery is. DELIVERY and PICKUP can ONLY be on a sunday Monday and Tuesday so please book accordingly. This will come with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. If picking up yourself Please clean the sewage before returning or there will be a fee.I can give you places to dump.There’s so many places to go and see so if you need ideas please let me know!Our camper has been raised for Higher clearance but please no off roading!If you have any questions please reach out, thanks so much!We look forward to meeting you and we know you’ll enjoy this easy towing travel trailer.Drop off at 11 am but if you need sooner or later just let me know me at time of booking. Return by noon but if you need a few extra hours to get back just let me know at time of booking so I can accommodate that with no extra fee.If you don’t let me know at time of booking and show up late there will be a fee.We do want to work with you so please communicate with us and be honest and it will save you on extra fees :-)

What’s included
Delivery includes leveling, hookups, and all setup for you !
If you’re arriving at the airport we can deliver to your destination and have it set and ready to go for you.
Every booking includes Clean sheets, everything will be sanitized, dishes, pots and pans, utensils. Paper towels, dish soap with dish towels, bath-hand-wash towels, garbage can with many garbage bags, two outside tables to cook on or have picnics with, radio, 2 stove burner, heater,air conditioner, co2/fire detector and extinguisher, fridge-freezer, t.v with DVD player, toilet paper, and everything you’ll need to set the outside up. Comes with blankets, pillows, and again it will be CLEAN. Also has microwave!!

Things to know
No more then 2 dogs inside and they must be potty trained and well mannered so nothing gets ripped up. Not over 25 pounds. They’re $25 for each pet per trip not nightly.
Please stay clear of branches that can scratch it!
DUMP fee for DELIVERY ONLY add on — This add on is if your paying for us to deliver we have to dump also. Fee is 75 dollars and must add this on.: $ 75.00 is again dependent on location so please reach out or correct fee but this is the max amount
Sewage fee if you don’t do it before return : $ 150.00
Return by noon to avoid late fee please : $ 35.00
PET FEE must be potty trained and Not rip up anything.Max 2 pets cant be unattended in trailer: $ 25.00 per pet
SMOKING FEE Absolutely no smoking or vaping IN trailer and no drugs is allowed. If it occurs, a fee will be charge.: $ 500.00
Excessive cleaning fee Applied if there is EXCESSIVE dirt, mud, food, dishes, etc. needed to be cleaned. No Extra charge for the normal clean up: $ 125.00
