Included amenities are a shower stall, upgraded real queen bed (not those cheap camper varieties), toilet, large refrigerator, microwave, LED T.V. ad plenty of seating room for all to enjoy. What’s included
We tell our customers you could literally show up with your person and food, and you'd be all set! Fresh linens (bath/hand towels, bedding [but you may want to bring your sleeping bag for more than two guests]), utensils, cups, plates, hand soap, T.V., DVD player, radio, indoor/outdoor speakers, cleaning supplies. Master bed blankets and comforter included along with extra sheets and blankets. Bring your sleeping bag if you care for ease of use. We have a "pure sine wave" inverter generator (for powering sensitive equipment like laptops and tablets) that you can rent as an option.
Things to know
We will deliver to you at an agreed upon date, time and destination, drop off, level, setup all hookups that you elect, walk you through the amenities of this camper and together do a preliminary inspection. Then, we will return at another agreed upon date and time and do a final inspection together, then hookup and dump the waste holding tanks, and return the unit back to its original destination for cleanup that you could not perform yourself. You just meet us at your site during drop off and pickup!
Mundane Rules: Please, remove shoes upon entrance. Who wants sand in their beds anyways? No roof access allowed. No pets, even though my dog will try to enter the camper whenever the door is open. For electrical connections, the electrical cord is 25-feet long. You must supply your own extension cord if the site electrical connection length exceeds the extended reach of our supplied electrical cord. This is a 30-amp typical 3-prong RV connection, but we will supply a house current 120V adapter for standard electrical cords, if needed (standard 110V hookups prevent air conditioning use). For sewer hookups, the sewer hose is 10-feet long. For water hookup, the water hose is limited to 50-feet. Like us, we ask that you use only approved for drinking water containers and hoses. Sorry, awning use is prohibited. Please return the rental unit in the same, clean condition that you found it. Sponges and cleaning supplies are included. Thats it! Enjoy your stay.
