One day buffer between rentals for cleaning and sanitizing and shampoo carpets and washing linens.
Things to know
If camper is not clean, dishes not washed, odor or stains, there will be a cleaning fee.
Tanks (black & gray) if not hooked to a sewer line, will be charged $75 for emptying and cleaning.
Generator charge & $60 per day. Need 50 or 30 amp for electricity.
Delivery and set up within 25 miles is $125.

Delivery fee $3. Per mile up to 300 miles per day and set up fee is $100.
Snowbirds: will deliver to other states from October through April for $2.00 per mile one way and $1500 per month ($50. Per day).
Weekend rates and holiday rates is $175 for Friday and Saturday or holidays.
